Hadn't heard of that but looking into it, it sounds like it's related to Wayland? To be clear, I'm not using any display server like Wayland or X. After all this time I'm still not sure how to describe it actually - I thought 'console' captured it, but I guess not. TTY? Basically I'm working with just the command line, no DE or GUI.

Any way to change the resolution on the fly in the environment I'm describing?
