I thought a excellent idea for developing Raspberry Pi for the classroom would be to make a DIY laptop based on the Raspberry Pi hardware. This would be great for students to have a carry all computer system they can assemble that works with their projects for the standard Raspberry Pi so they can carry their projects and work on them everywhere while having compatibility with the lab at school and home for cross functional team work. This would also be great for consumers who want to expand their tech options with the flexibility and affordability of Pi.
Bringing the Chrome OS Google Play store to Raspberry Pi compatibility would also be awesome to get access to the Google Play store for all of the kids and all of the fantastic applications that is like a candy shop with everything. I think this is important to make these two cross functional because of the need for compatibility of the classroom Raspberry Pi OS lessons with the computing system that may or may not work with a Chromium OS perfectly.
I think with these two suggestions implemented including the Google Play option for Raspberry Pi OS that Raspberry Pi would be a excellent computing system for the prices available.
