Any suggestions?

remove any change made to config.txt. All of the above will be ignored by KMS graphics driver anyhow.

Remove the uSD from the Pi. Power it up and post a picture of the boot diagnostics screen.
If nothing gets shown on the display when powering up without uSD swap to a better cable.
