'attaching a microscope' is a big word! Which interface does your microscope offer?
In case you don't have one yet consider a DIY one, using HQ camera and a CS lens.
There a several lenses in the market - so you may have to let your budget decide what to buy. It also depends how far from the probe you will have to place your lens.
