Troubleshooting • Pi 5 with latest Pi OS desktop. NVMe SSD in RTL9210 USB not recognised.

Pi 5 with latest Pi OS desktop updated to this morning. 2 TB NVMe SSD in RTL9210 USB 3 enclosure. Not recognised. Nothing in dmesg.

rpi-update this morning to test the mod for A2 cards. Added the /boot/firmware/config.txt change for A2 cards. tested. Then ran regular software update. No other changes. I used the SSDs mentioned here in a Pi 4 last year as storage, not boot drives.
