I have a raspberry pi 4 model B with 4 GB RAM. I was using the software for an electronic project and I dont know that I need to shut down the raspberry with a command on the console, and my sd card was corrupted. I installed the software again, using the raspberry image, I tested with 3 different versions for the system: Raspberry PI OS (64-bit), (32-bit) and Legacy (32-bit). Actually, I have installed Legacy with the released 2024-03-12.
I have been having a problem with my raspberry after I installed the new raspberry version. My ports hasnt been detected for the raspberry. I was trying to connect a mouse and keyboard to the microcomputer, however, the raspberry is not able to use. I was reading forum, and I tried to implement rpi-update and I remember the installation the raspberry shown a red screen, when I was using 32-bit Bookworm. I dont know if the booatloader is corrupted or I realized something wrong related with the flashing.
I cannot still use my keyboard, mouse or any usb device for my raspberry. I put my cellphone on the usb port and this port is able to charge my device, however, when i put a mouse the mouse doesnt show the red light.
