Has anyone ever suggested Raspberry Pi should do that ?If we waited for everything that everyone wants we would never release anything.
I don't believe they have and it's not unreasonable to suggest a product should not be released unless those it will be sold to can have what they would likely need to use it.
I suspect part of the problem is providing the AI Kit as an Official Raspberry Pi Product, presenting it as a Raspberry Pi supported product.
It took me a while to figure out that "supported", when used by Raspberry Pi, is often better interpreted as "approved", with in-house support for the product being minimal, even non-existent. Others haven't understood that yet.
