This should be possible on any Pi, given the right support in the kernel

i do agree that it should be possible

its just a matter of getting the drivers happy, to allow some state with the firmware to be entirely lost on resume

but, the pi5 has far less firmware state to deal with, and gpu_mem isnt configurable, so a lot of the problems i can forsee dont exist there!
