What the errata says and what people are reporting seems rather at odds.A pull-up to 3V3 and a short to 0V button - very common, and as far as the errata says it works
School kids, hobbyists, makers, do it all the time and rarely have problems.or vice-versa - uncommon. I've been in the industry since the late 60s and the only place I can think it would be used is a multiplexed n x m switch array. In any case, I never trust the internal pull-ups/pull-downs in MCUs, they rarely sink/source the current you want. 0402 resisters are a tenth of a cent so add one.
That does seem to be the consensus doing the rounds. So don't use it then.Works on every microcontroller I have ever used including the RP2040. It should work perfectly fine with the RP235X but apparently doesn't.
