For me it works perfekt. I would like to discuss it, but if think it's overkill at all it makes no sense.
- Because of the LED the resulting resistance is nearly 1.4kOhms (The LED helps to visualize the succes of start. Waiting for OS to be ready could be a little confusing)
- GPIO27 is low when the OS running and high through external pull up when the device is switched off.
- The transistor blocks the hard reset when OS is running.
- Then the push button triggers only the shutdown.
Please tell me if there's something wrong. May be there is still a hidden mistake.
I wanted to use the integrated switch of my volume device. This was the starting point.
Keep calm and feel free to forget this solution.
Sorry pardon my ignorance Im struggling to read the diagram (I'm from a software background)
What is q1 bc337? I'm not sure what that all is as a symbol.. is there a fritzing or something more visual I could get a look at to translate the schematic to components?
Thanks so much
