Probably a dead PMIC. Have you been using the GPIO, or a non-official power supply?

No i never had time to use GPIO pins
I was using my phone charger , until recive my raspberry pi power supply.
And i was using a good cable too.
One time i was using usb3 flash to boot the OS and I see power picture on right side of my screen for about 3 seconds and then it boot the flash fine. But when i reboot it, screen goes to black and pi doesn't work
