Troubleshooting • Raspberry Pi OS from Raspberry Pi 4B to Raspberry Pi 5

Hello,

is it possible to take my MicroSD card that has the Raspberry Pi OS from my Raspberry Pi 4B and use it in my Raspberry Pi 5 or do I need to do a fresh install?
