A Pi 5 from bottom of most obtrusive pin to the top of Ethernet is 17mm, to top of USB is 19mm. I stripped a keyboard and from the bottom of the circuit board to the elevation legs, when extended, is 17mm. If the Pi 5 was mounted board side up against the keyboard board with the usb sockets at the top left corner, the keyboard would be close to a nice slope.
The microSD card would be in a stupid position which means booting from something else. A NVMe adaptor board would be an easy fit in that space. Just add power wires. Pin ? and ?.
There are adaptor boards for the HDMI. Looking at the easiest option, I could add high rise copper heatsinks to the Pi 5 then a copper sheet to spread the heat.
