I run sudo apt update and apt list --upgradable these packages show up and after I ran sudo apt upgrade these still did not get upgraded.

Code:

libpipewire-0.3-0/stable,stable 1.2.4-1~bpo12+1+rpt1 arm64 [upgradable from: 0.3.65-3+rpt9+deb12u1]libpipewire-0.3-modules/stable,stable 1.2.4-1~bpo12+1+rpt1 arm64 [upgradable from: 0.3.65-3+rpt9+deb12u1]libspa-0.2-bluetooth/stable,stable 1.2.4-1~bpo12+1+rpt1 arm64 [upgradable from: 0.3.65-3+rpt9+deb12u1]libspa-0.2-modules/stable,stable 1.2.4-1~bpo12+1+rpt1 arm64 [upgradable from: 0.3.65-3+rpt9+deb12u1]pipewire-bin/stable,stable 1.2.4-1~bpo12+1+rpt1 arm64 [upgradable from: 0.3.65-3+rpt9+deb12u1]pipewire-libcamera/stable,stable,stable,stable 1.2.4-1~bpo12+1+rpt1 arm64 [upgradable from: 0.3.65-3+rpt9+deb12u1]pipewire-pulse/stable,stable 1.2.4-1~bpo12+1+rpt1 arm64 [upgradable from: 0.3.65-3+rpt9+deb12u1]pipewire/stable,stable 1.2.4-1~bpo12+1+rpt1 arm64 [upgradable from: 0.3.65-3+rpt9+deb12u1]
I did not add the backports repository into the source.list but how did it still show up in upgradable list

In the debian normally if you don't add backports repo in the source list , you won't have backports packages show up in the upgradable list
