I'm trying to get started on bare-metal RPi coding, and circle looks like the easiest foundation for me.
However, I'm having trouble getting it to actually work. When I boot, I see a square of gradient colors: Red, Yellow, Blue, and Cyan, mixing smoothly together. Some googling around has given me the impression that this means the GPU is fired up and talking to the screen OK, but the kernel is not launching.

Apparently I'm not the only one running into this; the RPi port of TIC-80, which is also built on circle, is having the same problem. Older builds (using an older version of circle?) seem to work.
I would have posted in the circle thread, but it's locked. So, new thread it is I guess. But — as a related question — is there a Discord server or other forum where circle devs hang out?
