i'd think so.
Your PC must have a VNC server on it. (and be connected to the same network)
then you use a VNC viewer on the PI to connect to it.
the screen is shared, and you use the keyboard and mouse on the viewer machine to control the server machine.
there are many options... Tigervnc, the original VNC, and others....
