My user account being the only one present, no User Name screen is offered, only Password... But adding another user account should work around that? I'd considered/suspected a keyboard mapping booger (why the keyboard type was mentioned), and you've provided a way to check that, thanks. The only thought I'd had was changing the password to see if that got registered correctly for the login, but that wouldn't necessarily solve anything with a funky mapping. Whichever, I consider this a Bug!Try typing your password when you're meant to type in your username, obviously when no one is around and don't press enter.Of course you can't see what it's typing at the login screen!
The key mapping is possibly different from what you think and is changed to your settings once you're logged in.
