I'm using the echo dot with an old python code called fauxmo which emulate the belkin and it works great but I didn't touch it for years since it works and I didn't have to change anything for long time.
So maybe your voice command should be something like "servo 1 120", "servo 2 90", "servo mode 1" which will set both servos to a specific value. This is up to you
