Some people do want to run Windows on a Pi and may be prepared to put up with emulator performance to get it, will ask about running a version they feel they would be happy using.

If it probably can't run Windows 11 then what about Windows 7, XP, 98, 95 ? Not an unreasonable thing to ask.

Windows XP is what I'd be looking for, and people have got that to run via emulation -
