Beginners • Starting with C on the pi 5

Hello guys!
I wanna start C programming with the GPIO on my pi 5, is there any good tutorial for beginners?
I understood that i need to install the apropriate C libreries - libgpiod.
How do i download and install in general and particulary how to install the latest libgpiod libreries?
