Need to do some testing to validate, but if it pans out I'll likely this to sdm's rootfs encryption feature (works without using all of sdm BTW).Do you know if this is a general limitation when using raspberries? Because for debian based (x86-64) luks encrypted installation it is possible to (manually) set up unlock via usb stick (example guide: https://tqdev.com/2022-luks-with-usb-unlock).No support for unlocking via a USB stick
