So now we come down to crunch time,

How do I make this trigger some outputs.

There was code posted earlier. Basically, if ADC value greater than something then set a GPIO. Or less than something. Or something. Think about it, and write out step by step how you would do it. Then write the code that does the steps you decided on.

Also, if you're lucky, the button assembly will be made such that you can't press more than one button at any time. Otherwise you'll have to deal with edge cases.
