I think your mainly considering the Raspberry Pi Zero for its form factor and compatibility.
If you're thinking that you might get problems from the CPU and RAM, it's good to consider getting some other boards:
1. Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ - this board is insanely cheaper than newer models yet gives suffcient RAM and CPU performance
2. Raspberry Pi 5 - this board is a powerhouse for absolutely anything, with way more RAM and CPU/GPU performance. it's only a few dollars more than the Pi 4
3. Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W - this is board is the version 2 of yours, offering 5x better CPU performance claims. I personally even use this board for computer vision tasks.
By the way, all models above and including the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ are compatible with the TV HAT.
