I might just do that, thanks. This particular device needs to operate for long periods unattended and I thought the alu case would make that possible without relying on moving parts. But it does look like not only I overpaid but the item is non-standard and a potential source of trouble. So back it will go. Cheers!I would return it. If you ever want to fit an active cooler etc you may have an issue.
