I am currently working on a project that involves a raspberry pi. I am powering the pi via a voltage regulator set to 5v. Using a multimeter I can see that the output voltage from the regulator is a consistent 5v - 5.06v which should be well in the acceptable voltage range for a raspberry pi. However, the PWR led on my pi seems to still be blinking despite the pi booting and functioning as normal (possibly a bit slower but it may just be my impatience.)
What I have tried:
Changing the SD card 3 times (Did not fix)
Switching the Pi 3 times, Pi 3B, Pi 3B+, and a Pi 4 (Did not fix)
Wiring a traditional power cable into the circuit (Did not fix)
I am unsure of what to try next. I have used all of these raspberry pi's with a normal 5v wall power supply and they work completely fine. If anybody has any idea of what is happening here, please inform me. Thanks!
