well, the "mainstream" PI's do not have analog inputs. (pi3,4,5)
- you can add an A/D board (analog to digital converter)
or, you can look at a Pico, which does have 3 analog inputs. (more of a microcontroller instead of a computer)
on my RV, i used an Arduino for this... output to a small digital display.. but thats kinda off-topic for this forum
inportant note: The PI's inputs are 3.3V, not 5V as in arduino boards (not sure about pico... never used one)
