As someone else said yes but there are a couple of things to do:Hi everyone, im new in raspberry pi, is it possible to access raspberry pi 4 model B using just ethernet cable like the end of the cable is plug in to pi and the other is plug in to my laptop without connecting to router or wifi. - You need to manually set static IP addresses for each and ensure the subnet is the same. If your laptop is also connected to a network for internet then you need to point your DNS to the laptop from the PI.
- Instead of a Ethernet cable you need a Cross Over cable https://www.computercablestore.com/what ... ver-cables
