It's a fairly standard thing that you're looking to do, in general. It only really starts to get tricky if you need to have multiple upstream routers, or do something complicated in terms of routing between multiple networks, but generally should be straightforward with only one interface connected to the Internet and the other for a second local-only network. In fact, it looks a lot like the standard solution provided in the official documentation:

Just don't setup a bridge between the two networks (unless you actually want that, which isn't what you've descripted so far), and you are probably most of the way there using the above and a standard config for the Ethernet. If that's somehow not meeting your needs, you'll need to describe what else you're looking for.
