Hi Team,
Following from development of our modules for CM4, recently purchased CM5 4/32.
Followed usual flashing instructions, using RPi 4 IO Board, rpiboot etc but the CM5 module is not appearing in the imager or as a blk device.
I have tried this over Mac/Linux (Ubuntu) and Win10 and see the same issue on all, though on Win10 - you do see the host (IO board I guess).
Output:
USB mass storage gadget for Raspberry Pi 5
RPIBOOT: build-date Nov 13 2024 version 20240422~085300 e3e0fa29
Loading: mass-storage-gadget64/bootfiles.bin
Using mass-storage-gadget64/bootfiles.bin
Waiting for BCM2835/6/7/2711/2712...
Bridged pins etc, but no bueno.
I spoke to PiHut regarding this, they have already RMA'd one CM5 but the replacement has the same issue.
Yep, before you ask, tried a few different cables![Smile :)]()
Next steps: Have ordered the CM5 IO module, if its just compatibility issues between the IO boards, a kitten my die
