This is one of the features of the AI HAT I quote
"What does the Raspberry Pi AI HAT do?
The Raspberry Pi AI HAT+ add-on board has a built-in Hailo AI accelerator compatible with Raspberry Pi 5. The NPU in the AI HAT+ can be used for applications including process control, security, home automation, and robotics."
So the add are misleading, I have returned mine and they agreed to refund me, thanks for that.
The HAILO company should do better than just putting things out there to sell, there should be some kind of support, at least answer questions and requests.
I did sign up and did ask questions to no vail,
