Thanks for coming back to me. Will try this tomorrow and report back as soon as possible. CheersHappy to provide any information you require. The image was created using Pi Imager to a USB drive, booted and basic Raspi-config changes made. Nothing installed. Only the image-backups copied to /usr/local/sbin/ That's it.
I would need more information in order to make any further suggestions.
Write the latest Raspberry Pi OS image to an SD card and boot it. Make no changes. Place image-backup in your home directory and make it executable. Don't mount anything anywhere.
Run:For "Image file to create? ", use: /mnt/test.imgCode:
sudo ./image-backup
Simply press the ENTER key for "Initial image file ROOT filesystem size (MB)" and "Added space for incremental updates after shrinking (MB)".
Is test.img successfully created in /mnt?
