the settings in config.txt will be ignored by KMS!
Try adding margins if your TV is unable to scale correctly.
Add below command to the beginning of your kernel command line. Will add an 40pixel margin (black border) an all sides.Above example is for Full-HD. make sure to adjust to your TVs resolution. If the margins are too big simply decrease the numbers.
